Chase Winter

Chase Winter was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, and moved to Norfolk, Nebraska, at an early age when his father took a pastoral call to Christ Lutheran Church and School in Norfolk. He attended Christ Lutheran School before attending Lutheran High Northeast, graduating in 2011. He chose to study at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, focusing on English/Language Arts.

After substitute teaching at Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School and Concordia Sr. High in the spring of 2016, he signed on as a contracted teacher for 10th grade English, Speech, Journalism, and Yearbook. He also works with the One Act play production and the Speech team.

Chase and his wife, Krista, are active members in their church congregation and regularly attend a young adult Bible study.   When they can, they always love traveling back to Colorado for hiking, cycling, and a little shopping.  In 2019, they welcomed their son, Hudson, into the world.  Chase’s desire to teach stems from his love of working with young adults and developing skills in them to help them succeed in any future endeavors.
