Michaela Curran

Michaela Curran was born and raised on an acreage just outside of Wahoo, Nebraska. She went to a country school from Kindergarten to sixth grade. Because of such influential teachers, this is where her passion for teaching began. Michaela graduated from Wahoo High School in 2012. She then went on to Concordia University in Seward, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Math Education with a minor in theology. During her years at Concordia, Michaela kept busy with running cross country and track, singing in the women’s choir, being involved with math club, and grading for various professors on campus.

Michaela has been a runner since the age of five, and has a very competitive spirit! She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing a variety of sports, singing, painting, randomly dancing, and making people laugh… (due mostly in part to her random dancing.)
