Lori Plummer

Lori Plummer was born in Topeka, Kansas. Her family relocated to Omaha in 1983 and Lori attended Skyline Elementary, Elkhorn Middle School, and Elkhorn High School. She graduated from The University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in American Literature. She later attended the College of St. Mary in Omaha, earning her Nebraska State Teaching Certificate in 2008. Ms. Plummer is certified to teach Language Arts 7-12, Language Arts 4-9, and Social Sciences 4-9. Ms. Plummer finished her colloquy at Concordia University-Nebraska, achieving her Lutheran Teacher Diploma in 2011. She is currently enrolled at The University of Nebraska at Omaha and is working towards a Master’s in English.

Ms. Plummer teaches English, Speech, and Drama classes at Concordia Jr.-Sr. High School and coaches the One Act Program and the Speech Team.

Lori Plummer is the mother of Judah and Grantham Plummer, twins who attend Concordia Academy, play football and basketball, and are percussionists for the Academy band. The Plummers enjoy skiing, travelling, and taking walks with their greyhound, Justus.
