Junior High Highlights

  • We know that Jesus Christ needs to not only be the foundation but the center of each portion of a student's day.
  • We know it takes a partnership between home and school to develop young students into successful young adults.
  • We know that curriculum needs to be focused on core subjects yet provide opportunities for exploration of elective areas such as foreign language, art/textiles, political science, technology applications, journalism and music.
  • We know students thrive on opportunities beyond the classroom to develop team building, leadership, organizational and relational skills.  Some areas students can delve into include fine arts, athletics, student council, bible studies and yearbook.
  • We know many are hurting and in need within our community and could benefit from some outreach.  We also know our students gain so much valuable experience by volunteering in and around the Omaha metro area that we developed Faith In Action Day for each semester of our school year.  While serving others during a school day, students can share the light of Jesus Christ with a stranger.
